The first Enquiry Schools started their Creative Partnerships journey from the induction seminars.
The teachers representing their schools were introduced to Creative Partnerships programme in depth and also had possibility to network and discuss with their colleagues, try out interactive discussion and group work methods. The majority of teachers had also met with their Creative Agents and started cooperating.
In January, first meetings and closer acquaintanceship of teachers and learners from the Enquiry Schools with their Creative Agents started. The train of Creative Partnerships gained momentum.
Together with teachers and learners, Creative Agents were analyzing the situation in their schools, to get better understanding of the school community, their culture and their challenges.
Creative Agents first of all seek to create spaces open for trust and cooperation. So that they are able to hear both teachers as well as students, and all together to determine the area of focus relevant to the school. From the very beginning it is important to define the enquiry field, what the school will try to improve or learn or practice, what creative process they prefer to experience and practice by including it into the curriculum and finding the answer to their challenge.
Creative Agents start planning and get ready for the implementation of individual creative learning projects in the school. Creative learning projects will help learners to reveal their creativity, to try out new activities, to engage into learning process. While the schools will have possibility to experiment, to try out new teaching approaches, to make creative learning methods more relevant, and expand the application thereof.
The main objective of this partnership is to develop creativity of teachers and learners, to enrich the learning process.
